Does Strikers Club have crossplay?

A question with a pleasantly weird answer: there is nothing to cross. Everyone who plays this game is already in the same pool.

Crossplay does not apply to Strikers Club yet, because the game exists on exactly one platform. As of July 19, 2026 it is PC-only via Steam, so every single player, your friends included, is in the same matchmaking pool by default. There are no console versions to connect to. In the only sense that matters day to day, you get the benefit crossplay exists to provide: nobody you know is locked out of playing with you, provided they have a PC.

Why there is nothing to cross

The official FAQ describes the platform situation in one line, last checked July 19, 2026:

Strikers Club is available on PC via Steam. Console versions may be explored in the future depending on demand and development resources.

Crossplay becomes a real question only if that second sentence ever turns into shipped console versions. At that point a free-to-play, club-based multiplayer game would have every incentive to launch crossplay on day one, and the cautionary tale is well known: Rematch launched across PC, PS5, and Xbox without crossplay in 2025, took visible community damage for it, and shipped crossplay months later with an apology. A small studio watching that from Belgium is unlikely to repeat it. But that is our reasoning, not an announcement; nothing official exists about crossplay because nothing official exists about consoles.

What players usually mean by the question

  • “Can I play with my friend?” Yes, if they are on PC. The game is free and light (2 GB, GTX 1650 class hardware), so the barrier to pulling your group in is about as low as multiplayer gaming gets. Formats run from 1v1 to 11v11, and clubs are a core feature for teams.
  • “Controller versus keyboard, is that fair?” Input diversity exists within the one pool: Steam lists keyboard and mouse plus controller support (partial Xbox, PS4 and PS5 pads). Neither input is officially preferred; see the controls guide for the trade-offs.
  • “Is there cross-progression?” With one platform and Steam accounts, your progress and cosmetics live with your Steam login. Multi-platform progression questions only exist once multiple platforms do.

The one real fragmentation risk: regions

The population does split along one axis today: server region. The game added region filters in a June patch, and picking a distant region for faster queues trades queue time for latency, which in a physics game is a bad trade. A healthy population keeps every region’s queues fast; the player count page tracks exactly that, currently off a 10,551 all-time launch peak.

Free on Steam, one pool, no barriers. The beginner guide gets you and your friends through the first evening.
