All 20 achievements, and how to unlock them

Based on the current Early Access build. Strikers Club shipped all 20 Steam achievements at once in the v0.82.0 update, and every one of them is a normal-play unlock: score, pass, save, tackle, or just show up. There are no missable, timed, or paid achievements, so this is a completion list you chip away at by playing, not a checklist you can lock yourself out of. The unlock rates below are the live Steam global percentages captured on 2026-07-22; they drift as more people play, so treat them as a snapshot of what is rare right now, not fixed difficulty.

The rarest achievements right now

Three achievements sit at just 0.1% of players as of 2026-07-22, and the pattern is telling: they are all volume grinds, not skill checks.

• The Sniper — Score 10 penalties. (0.1%)
• World Class Connector — Make 1,000 passes in online matches. (0.1%)
• Invincible — Save 100 shots as goalkeeper in online matches. (0.1%)

Nothing on the list is mechanically out of reach; the rarity comes from the number of matches it takes. That means the fastest way up the completion percentage is to pick the role you enjoy farming — goals, passes, or saves — and main it, rather than chasing every category at once.

Getting started

The first three unlock almost on their own: group up, drop into the Community Centre, and play your first handful of online matches. If you are brand new, the how-to-play page and the beginner guide cover everything these ask for.

Scoring

Five achievements reward goals, scaling from your first ten up to a hundred, plus a penalty specialist unlock. Finishing in a no-assist physics game is its own skill; the shooting guide covers the aiming, and the penalty grind for The Sniper is its own system, explained on the penalties guide.

Playmaking

Passes and assists carry five achievements, topping out at 1,000 passes for World Class Connector. These reward the players who hold shape and move the ball rather than chase it — exactly the habits in the passing guide and team play guide.

Goalkeeping

Goalkeeping is the least-contested grind on the list: most players avoid the position, so its saves achievements stay rare. Guardian (0.6%) and Invincible (0.1%, tied for the single rarest in the game) sit near the bottom of the table and stack fast once you main the role. Defending

Two achievements reward successful slide tackles. In a game where lunging from behind gets you carded, timing the challenge is the whole trick — the defending guide covers when a slide is worth it and when it just concedes a penalty.

Firsts & fun

Two odd ones out. Nice is the game’s joke achievement — set your player number to 69 and it pops instantly. The Trickster unlocks your first playstyle, which, at 0.4%, is rarer than it sounds because it takes real Fame to earn — the Fame and progression guide covers that economy.
